Autumn Social – 22nd October, 2011
Over 130 people attended our last Social, as usual at the Stillorgan Park Hotel, when there was a ‘Colour me Beautiful’ presentation and also a talk by Kate Power of the MDI on their new facilities; these were followed by a buffet meal. We were in a slightly smaller room this time and did not include music on the agenda for a change and a lot of people quite enjoyed the extra time to chat.
Christmas Social
The Ataxia Ireland deferred ‘Christmas Social’, held on 12th February, was a resounding success and many favoured the post-Christmas date….something to consider for next year.
